The Embodiment Academy is an intensive 6-week program that combines pre-recorded content with live sessions. Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll be fully immersed in transformative learning, guided practices and mentorship support. It’s designed to fast-track your results and expertise in somatic coaching and embodiment work.

There are weekly group mentorship calls where we dive deep into the material and your personal experiences. Plus, you’ll have access to 5-day per week support through our group app, where you can ask questions, get guidance, and connect with the other women in the mastermind. This platform ensures you’re supported every step of the way, both individually and as part of a powerful community.

The duration depends on the number of participants and the depth of discussions—full calls will typically run the full 90 minutes, while smaller turnouts may conclude closer to 30 minutes. These sessions are a vital part of your transformation, so we encourage you to prioritize them, add them to your calendar, and attend live whenever possible to fully immerse yourself in the experience and benefit from real-time coaching and community connection.
